Banana Protein Shake

Ingredients:
- 3 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1½ cup plain yogurt
- 3 scoop Saral Proticons pea protein Isolate
- 3 bananas
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 cup ice cubes
Method:
STEP 1: Crush the Ice cubes in a blender.
STEP 2: Add the plain yogurt, unsweetened almond milk, pea protein isolate, bananas, and ground cinnamon into a blender
STEP 3: Scrape down sides and blend for another 30 seconds until it has a smooth consistency. If it is too thick, add more almond milk and blend.
STEP 4: Pour into glasses and serve.
