Blue Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:
- 2 Frozen Bananas
- 3P-Optima Powder: 2 Scoops
- Honey: 1 tablespoon
- Ice Cubes: Handful of ice cubes
- 4-5 Walnuts
- Almond milk: Half cup
- Blue spirulina powder: 1/2 tablespoon
- Fruits: To Garnish
Method:
STEP 1: In a Blender, crush the Ice for 2 minutes.
STEP 2: Now add frozen bananas, almond milk, honey, walnuts and spirulina powder; blend it along with the crushed Ice, for 2 to 3 minutes.
STEP 3: Scrape down sides and blend for another 30 seconds.
STEP 4: Finally add 3P-Optmia protein powder and blend until smooth.
STEP 5: Garnish with fruits and serve.
