Ingredients:
- Yogurt: 1 cup of vanilla yogurt but you can use any flavored yogurt
- Mixed Berries: 2 cups of frozen or fresh mixed berries
- Banana: 1 – Broken into chunks
- Ice Cubes: Handful of ice cubes
- Honey: 1 tablespoon
- 3P-Optima Powder: 2 Scoops
- Fruits : To Garnish
Method:
STEP 1: In a Blender, crush the Ice for 2 minutes.
STEP 2: Now add Mixed berries, bananas, yogurt and honey; blend it along with the crushed Ice, for 2 to 3 minutes.
STEP 3: Scrape down sides and blend for another 30 seconds.
STEP 4: Finally add 3P-Optmia protein powder and blend until smooth.
STEP 5: Garnish with fruits; pour into glasses and serve.
