Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Plant Protein+ powder
- 1/2 cup powdered oats
- 1/2 cup APF
- 1 cup curd
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1/4 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp stevia or 4 tsp normal sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
Method:
STEP 1: In a bowl add curd, oil & sugar.
STEP 2: In another bowl mix all the dry ingredients except baking soda.
STEP 3: Now add baking soda in curd solution. Add this solution into dry ingredients.
STEP 4: Mix well. Pour this mixture into greased muffin moulds.
STEP 5: Bake these healthy muffins for 15 minutes in preheat oven at 180 degree.
