Zero Oil Banana Oats Pancakes
Ingredients:
- 1 cup oats flour
- 1/4 cup Plant Protein+ powder
- 1/2 cup wholewheat flour
- 1/4 cup organic cane jaggery powder
- 1/4 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 1 big banana
- 1 tsp baking powder
Method:
STEP 1: Grind whole oats into powder to form flour.
STEP 2: In a bowl, add 1 cup oats flour, 1/2 cup wholewheat flour, 1/4 protein powder, 1/4 cup organic cane jaggery powder, 1 tsp baking powder.
STEP 3: Mash a big banana with little milk and pour into the bowl. Add milk and keep mixing to get the consistency of pancake batter.
STEP 4: Add 1/2 tsp vanilla essence and mix thoroughly. Rest it for 5-10 min.
STEP 5: Heat a non stick pan, scoop out a spoonful of batter and make pancakes on low to medium heat. Flip over and cook till done.
STEP 6: Garnish with fruits and serve.
