I was sceptical but then pleasantly surprised that this product was quite exceptional. I mixed the vanilla powder with coconut water. I used an electric wisk so that it was well blended, then refrigerated. It was quite good.

The taste is very subjective. Alone in a glass of water, I personally cannot stand it. My spouse however is OK with it. Although it is ‘vanilla’ flavoured, I don’t find that it has a strong or pleasant vanilla flavour. I find that this product is best used in something else like smoothies, milkshake, oatmeal etc
